IBSA is a nonprofit tax-exempt organization that provides direct employment or career counseling, microenterprise training & development and facilitates courses involving specialized training and certification. Educational opportunities are provided in partnership with the Kansas Department of Commerce, the Workforce Partnership of Service Delivery Area III, and other government agencies. Since 1993, our agency has provided effective advocacy and comprehensive services to youth offenders, low-income parents and aspiring entrepreneurs seeking to start or expand a business.
